| Basic Basement refinished our basement this past summer. The estimator Dan was very kind and approachable and laid out the entire process very simply. It was a very straightforward process and the basement looks incredible! The scheduler Gail was also top notch great communicator and always answered any question we had very promptly. The price was great and we understood with the promotional pricing that there were sometimes a few days or even a week when no one came as they fit us into the schedule. Any issues we had they corrected quickly. We recommend!
