| We had a dingy concrete cellar that Basic Basements converted into a beautiful family and storage space. Can not say enough about the entire team of professionals, from the rep who sat with us to determine our needs (Eddie) to Gail our project manager, Bob, John and every trades person who did the plumbing, electrical, framing, flooring and painting. The quality of the work was top notch, the pricing was fair and the customer service was white glove all the way. If you are wondering whether or not to do it….you could not be in better hands.
