| Our experience with Basic Basement from start to finish was fantastic. We had a smaller basement with some oddly placed furnace and water heater. They came up with a design to really maximize the space and make it feel much bigger than it is. We had a few unique requests throughout the project that they were able to accommodate without issue or any additional charges. This included moving 1 wall back slightly and adding a small hatch to access a filter and also making a small space set back in the wall for a pet “nook”. John was our project manager and great each step of the way keeping us informed of everything that was going on while Gail assisted with scheduling everything from start to finish. We are extremely happy with our new finished basement playroom.
