The Basic Basement company provides top notch and quality service from the very beginning of the process to the end. This is by far the best company I have hired for a home improvement. They are professional all the time, always transparent throughout the entire process from timeline, products, cost, etc. Gail and Bob are great and always super responsive, very flexible and accommodating addressing any concerns and all questions to complete satisfaction. You are never left hanging and always know the status and what is going on, not to mention that they are always pleasant and great to work with. The quality of their product starts from the beginning with the sales/consultant team, taking time to show you a presentation about their company, services and process. They take pride in what they do, and this is seen from the branding of all of their trucks and the professionalism of each crew. Another point which I appreciate is the fact that one crew does not work on the entire project, instead they have dedicated crews for each part of the project being done which are really experts in what they are doing. This is seen from the final product at each stage of the process. Our family is so thankful we decided to complete our project with the Basic Basement company and could not be happy with this entire process. I would not hesitate to use them again and will for future projects.
