| I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the entire team at Basic Basements. You all made the whole process easy from beginning to end. It was totally low-stress (outside of decision-making with my husband 😉) and everything was very straightforward. Costing was up-front and there were no hidden fees. What I especially loved, though, was the constant communication throughout the process and knowing that I could ask questions and get an answer at any time. Everyone was very helpful and respectful, and you and Bob were highly responsive. I will definitely recommend Basic Basements to anyone looking for these services!
