| The most professional and well managed basement remodeling company we have ever worked with. They came highly recommended by our friends and they fully lived up to our expectations. Starting with the initial estimation, the sales consultant was super professional, accommodated our COVID19 concerns by scheduling overviews via Zoom, and answered every question. No excessive salesmanship, and super professional. Our project manager and project supervisor did an excellent job in kicking off the project, getting the required permit paperwork to us in time, and walking us through every step of the process. Once the work started, everything went like clock work, which is quite amazing, given all the COVID19 restrictions and precautions they had to take. The project team kept us updated and everything went smoothly. If they said product was going to get delivered on a specific day, it was. If they said specific work was going to get accomplished, it was accomplished on time and to perfection. When the inspectors came, they actually sang praise to how great the framing and electrical work was. We’ve done a lot of remodeling in our home, and seldom has an inspector actually complimented the work. Needless to say, the inspections passed with flying colors. If you want your basement finished at a reasonable price and within a reasonable timeframe, you can’t go wrong with The Basic Basement Co. They really are an outstanding team, and nothing about their work is ‘Basic’. I would highly recommend.
