| Everything went great. This is literally the first time I have ever written a review about anything, but felt compelled to do so since the experience was so good. The Basic Basement Co. came highly recommended to us and they did not let us down. The project coordinator was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Every team that came to our house was professional and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience.
