| In early October, I began a search for a company to finish my basement. At the recommendation of a friend and after interviewing several companies, I decided on The Basic Basement Co. based in Manalapan, NJ. As it turned out, it was an excellent decision.
This company knows how to do a basement, and do it right. Getting permits and approvals from the township can be a challenging task but the project coordinator took care of all the details. The workmen that came to do the framing, dry wall, electrical, carpentry and painting were all excellent professionals and did their job to perfection. They were on time, focused on getting their job done in a top quality manner, and gave me the feeling that they were treating my house as if they were taking care of their own.
