| We had our basement finished by the Basic Basement company, and are really pleased with the outcome! To begin with, there was not much room to negotiate on pricing, but we did feel it was reasonable overall. Our project manager Gail was very responsive and took care of all the scheduling promptly. They have a bunch of different teams for framing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc. and every single one of them did a great job. Even the inspectors from the township remarked that they’ve always had a good opinion of them. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!
