| After looking around for couple of months, we finally nailed down on The Basic Basement Co. for our basement finishing project and was it a great decision or what! We did not want a cookie-cutter design, wanted it done our way with the highest degree of quality, and also in a quick time frame. I must mention that they checked all the boxes and more…they were really top-notch through the entire gig! We started the project in Feb 2020 but had to stop due to the COVID-19 situation. They were so accommodating and told me to call them back whenever I feel comfortable to restart the project. I called them in late June/early July and within a week they were back. The speed of execution, the coordination and the project management was second to none. Here are some highlights – the sales guy gave me the best price, but more importantly explained everything patiently as I had a few specific requests. The production manager – I would one word for her – ROCKSTAR! She is truly one of the best people I have worked with and knows how to help and please customers. From scheduling the crew to come per my accelerated request to scheduling the inspections, she was a one-stop-shop for everything. The Project Manager was probably the smoothest operator I have come across and ensures his customers understand every step of the process and works with his customers until they are satisfied. One other thing that I’d like to call out is that they have different teams for different kinds of work (that helps with the expertise and precision of every job) but everyone came with the required PPE to ensure safety during these unprecedented times. I highly recommend The Basic Basement Co. for any remodeling project.
