| We are so happy with our basement renovation. The team at The Basic Basement Co. was so easy to work with and created a beautiful space in our home that we will enjoy for years to come. The design consultant explained everything up front and answered all our questions and our project manager made sure each phase of the work was done according to plan. Our project manager was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive to all of our calls, emails, and questions and she made the permit process really simple and smooth. She took care of scheduling each phase of the project and kept things moving along, letting us know exactly what to expect next. All of the work crews were phenomenal-they always arrived on time and worked efficiently, and the results are absolutely beautiful. We are very excited to use our new space and very glad we decided to go with Basic Basement for our project.
