| Thank you all for such an amazing job on our basement! We are so happy with the finished product and it was such a pleasure working with all of you! Amazing job!!! They took our unfinished basement and turned it into a whole new living area. They put in a French drain to combat any water as we have a high water table and it was always damp down there – now, it is bone dry. Then they turned our dark unfinished area to a bright space that will offer us years of enjoyment. EVERY crew that came in did an amazing job!! All were very friendly and professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day, even if they weren’t finished with their respective job.
The production manager is an amazing quarterback and was simply a pleasure to work with. I spoke to the owner several times during the project as he offered insight and design ideas throughout, which was great. We started the project and was halted during the pandemic and they kept us in the loop the whole time about stopping and restarting. When we re-started, they were very cautious and made sure we felt safe along with making their crew feel safe. Their pricing was unbeatable. We had several contractors give us estimates and not only were their estimates a lot higher, they also weren’t guaranteed like The Basic Basements Co. There were NO hidden charges or up-charges, so we knew actually what we were budgeted for. We’ve had a lot of work done on our house over several years, and The Basic Basement Co. was by far the best quality and best service of any contractors we have worked with.
