| Dream come true!!
That’s what the entire experience with The Basic Basement Co. was like. Seriously, from start to finish. First person we met with was the sales consultant. He arrived at our house at 6:00pm and did not leave until 9:30pm. He definitely took his time in making sure we felt comfortable, happy and excited about moving forward with our decision. It wasn’t all business with him, he shared his own personal stories and even gave advice. He walked us through the financing process, yes, financing which was a huge plus. After that is when the production manager stepped in and took care of everything from permit packets to scheduling every trade and keeping us up to date on the schedule to come. Each trade was polite, professional and most importantly, clean and organized. When the project came to a close, I was actually a little bummed out. What am I going to do now?
