| The Basic Basement Co. was amazing. A big thank you to the production and project managers who made the whole process painless. In the very beginning, they were very clear and honest about what they could and couldn’t do, which I appreciated. They also outlined exactly what will be done so that there were no surprises. All the workers were very courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. We are thrilled with our basement and laundry room and can’t wait to use it fully!
