| After a number of estimates we decided to use The Basic Basement Co. We were extremely happy with the completion of the project, the forecasted date of completion, and the communication from the office during construction. The production manager was excellent throughout the process and she emailed us to let us know the next steps, what was to be completed, and if we needed to do anything. The project manager was great and addressed all of our needs and concerns. We have recommended The Basic Basement Co. to friends and family. Everyone who has seen our basement is impressed with the job that was completed. I would not hesitate to hire The Basic Basement Co. for future projects.
