| The Basic Basement Co. demolished our old, finished basement and built a new one from the ground up. This included a reconfiguration of the main living space, construction of 2 rooms, and a new wall along our steps. I found the process to be very easy and appreciated their transparency and responsiveness throughout. The quote was very easy to understand and they were willing to work with us on a few special requests. Once the work began, it was very efficient and easy to follow the progress. Each of the teams that completed different phases of work were easy to work with and very helpful.
