| I cannot say enough about The Basic Basement Co.
The office personnel handled all arrangements – permit completion, appointments for all workers (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpenters, Painters, Carpenters, Floor Installers). All appointments made and were kept. Workers came at the appointed time, were professional, neat (did all possible to keep dirt at a minimum included covering all areas needed while bringing equipment/tools into the basement), extremely courteous, and willing to explain what they were doing. A project manager was assigned to the job. He stayed on top of the job and assisted in answering any questions and arranging small changes that were requested. Each team took one day to complete their job, cleaned up when finished, removed all debris to the outside which was taken away within a day or two. Minor changes requested were made with no issue and no sense that it was an annoyance. Changes to appointments were handled quickly and professionally. Every staff member and/or worker was most eager to be as accommodating as possible. My wife and I have never dealt with a company that we were more pleased with. I recommend them highly and would use them again without hesitation. Price was also the most reasonable quote we got.
