| We had a great experience with The Basic Basement Co. The process from quote to completion was orderly and well managed. The work was done well, on cost and on time. There was one little surprise along with way which caused a minor expense (less than $300) but it was understandable. The Project Manager and Office Manager were excellent, always available and professional. I never had any problem getting in touch with either to ask a question or seek info. We were very happy with the work done for the price paid. I would have no reservations about hiring them again for similar work.
