| My wife and I did a lot of research when choosing a contractor to help us finish our basement, and The Basic Basement Co. was highly recommended by a friend. Not only that, their estimate was the lowest out of any that we solicited. It was an extremely smooth process and their staff was very helpful and attentive throughout. The work was done on-budget and ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be happier with the results. There were no surprises or hidden fees and it looks exactly like what we had hoped. The town inspectors (fire, structural and electrical) all commented separately at how impressed they were with how clean the work was. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get any kind of work done on their basement. This is what they do, and they absolutely know how to do it!
