| Recently, we hired The Basic Basement Co. to finish our basement. We are very happy with their work and would like to hire them again in future. They completed the work within their timeline though we had Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The production manager was always on top of the coordination with contractors, us, and township. We always received a prompt and clear response from her. All of our township inspections were scheduled within a couple of days of the work being completed. On the first day of work, Kevin explained the overall process: what they will do, how long each task will take, etc. which was very clear. He provided guidance throughout the whole project, like which drywall to use and why, which lights, etc. Their contractors showed up on time, were professional, and respected our house. He was here almost every time to inspect the work when contractors were here. Very nice to work with. Highly recommended!
