| We had a phenomenal experience with this company from start to finish! Our experience began with our free consultation which was scheduled at our convenience. When their representative arrived, he was knowledgeable, listened well, understood our needs, and made recommendations. We did not feel pressured into any upgrades. During the consultation, the representative was able to provide us with a firm estimate and he even came prepared with equipment to print out our contract! By the end of the consultation, we fully understood what work was going to be done and how much it was going to cost.
Once we made our contract, the office team put together the permit package fairly quickly. We had no issues once I submitted to my township for approval. After our permit was approved, they began scheduling. On the first day, I met my onsite project manager. He did a great job explaining the process so we would know what to expect. On every phase of the project, each team was punctual, extremely professional, and performed their tasks quickly. I was impressed at the attention to detail. Every detail we discussed was executed. Another thing that stuck out for me was that they kept the work area extremely clean. They made sure dust did not get into other areas of my home and they always removed their waste materials. Lastly, the person from the office who worked in tandem with my onsite project manager was in constant communication by email. There was never a moment when we weren’t aware of when a team was going to show up or when the township inspectors were coming.
