| The Basic Basement Co. made this process extremely smooth and easy. We were not inconvenienced at all despite having pretty major work done in our home. You now how you get an estimated timeline and bottom line cost and you figure in your mind “ok double that – it’ll take twice as long and cost twice as much”? That was not the case at all. Both the price and timeline estimates were exactly right! The production manager made scheduling easy and even helped me communicate with the township about permits and an outside HVAC company, and the project manager oversaw that everything was smooth. Whether it was the painters, floor company, inspector or family, everyone has commented how clean and beautiful the work looks — smooth lines and attention to detail. Honestly, I wish that everything in my life went as smooth as this project!
