| I had a wonderful experience working with The Basic Basement Co. Professional, courteous, timely. The production manager made the entire process for me so easy and hands off – which is exactly what I was looking for. She took care of everything – scheduling the deliveries, work days, inspections…everything. The crew was so wonderful to work with – on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and just nice. And in this Covid time, always practicing social distancing and all wore masks. I finally love walking into my basement.
