| The Basic Basement Co. was a breeze to work with. I had approximately 600 sq ft of space in my basement that I wanted finished. The estimator was a no-pressure gentleman, who spent plenty of time drawing up my vision. The project manager was responsive and knowledgeable and addressed all needs and concerns promptly. The project coordinator was a pleasure to work with really making the project come together. Each team (framing, electric, drywall, spackle and finishers) was on-time, professional, and polite. They all showed grace when I asked a lot of questions and were patient when I explained my desires. This company has a high volume of jobs (which makes them very experienced), but more impressive to me was the customer service and the open line of communication. Highly recommended.
